Job Description:

At Daines Capital Commercial Real Estate, our brokers are responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, an expert and evolving understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

This is a commission-based position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company and build a successful career in commercial real estate.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
• Manage the entire transaction process for clients, including marketing properties, negotiating offers, and closing deals
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and stay informed about industry trends and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including landlords, tenants, investors, and vendors
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients
• Stay up-to-date on real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards


Requirements:

• 2 years proven experience as a commercial real estate broker
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active real estate license – 2 years experience
• WA & ID license preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
