Specializing in retail and medical office CRE, Josh has a background in B2B sales and corporate consulting. Prior to joining Daines Capital, Josh was a senior consultant for FI-Strategies and Think Café Consulting – serving the trillion-dollar credit union industry and over 200 FI clients. In 2014, Josh was recognized as the CUNA Business Development Professional of the Year for the credit union industry and certified as a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). He has spoken and worked with brands including CUNA, True Value, Lions Club International, the World Council of Credit Unions, and the International Parking and Mobility Institute. He is most proud to be a husband and a dad.
